Accounts & Admin Executive
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant field.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential for effective communication.
Availability: This is a full-time position with regular working hours.
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Tasks & Responsibilities
Responsible for monthly closing of the subsidiary’s account and manage day to day accounting operations activities such as processing transactions, issuing cheque, updating ledgers, budgets and etc.
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system, and reconciliation done accurately.
Maintaining, preparing & monitoring aging receivable & payable reports as well as follow-up for payments and enquiries.
Compile and maintain proper records and organisation of filling systems.
Office premises and administrations
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior.
Interior Designer (Intermediate)
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Required Skill(s): AutoCad, 3dsMax (Vray), Google Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator, Microsoft Offices (Words, Excel, Power Point)
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture suppliers.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities
To provide conceptual design consultation service to the clients.
To prepare full set of working drawings to sub-contractors assisted by design team.
Site management, co-ordination and site measurement with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Project Sales Executives
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / Construction Management or a related field
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Offices (Words, Excel, Power Point)
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture suppliers.
Preferable with construction/interior design background.
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, result oriented and a fast learner.
Can work individual and co-operate with team.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.

To handle Project Sales activities.
To maintain and enhance rapport with existing customers and to source new customers.
To identify cross-selling opportunity and analyse market trends and competitor activities.
To attend meeting with contractors and/or customers for product budget, specification,
complaints.
To assist with payment collection & provide excellent customer service.
